Facebook Real Estate Advertising - Generating More Leads

There has been a debate lately about growth in the real estate sector whether it will go to bubble or going to decrease sales, and marketing response to a real situation never stopped the frequency of ads and advertising on-ground activities.

As a real estate social media marketer, you know how competitive the market worldwide is, and recently, the most skills asked from the real estate company owners is more than managing the social network and managing Facebook business campaigns. Otherwise, real estate company owners are becoming more hustle to generate qualified leads that result in opportunities for advertising agencies in Egypt to innovative tools to generate free leads and make the competition more even harder than expected to any real estate social media specialist.

You need to know some tactics in the Facebook ads manager, and a recent Facebook update. But, you have to understand the lead meaning and best practice lead generation than spend your most of time taking marketing courses so far away from the Egyptian market case studies.

“Think about what people are doing on Facebook today. They're keeping up with their friends and family, but they're also building an image and identity for themselves, which in a sense is their brand. They're connecting with the audience that they want to connect to. It's almost a disadvantage if you're not on it now”

– Mark Zuckerberg

Why Facebook is the best platform for real estate– Facebook is the most engaging platform in Egypt, people fall in love with a specific home, more engaging with real properties, they feel the comfort of seeing the decoration and interior design while they thinking they are buying this home for their families and kids. Facebook is a suitable platform for inspiring visuals. If you are using Facebook as the main social media platform you have to take consideration of the social media posts design, optimizing your content in detail, and your Facebook page design.

Real estate is local on Facebook– In real estate, if you are targeting locally, you’re losing money. The social media platforms allow you to target at a different location, testing the quality, and the market demand at different levels. Using different criteria in choosing the same segment that you use in the local market in the Gulf area or Europe and the US, you will get different results of quality comparing to the local market.

Target the right audience– Your target segmentation has to be narrow but, in some cases, you don’t have to narrow your potential audience. That works better in testing targeting, like if there is a new project to the market and you as a marketer you just begin to study and evaluated the project compared to other projects in the same area according to the price, facilities, developer history and of course the market demand meets the project supply or not. As for this here are some criteria to narrow your audience:

  • Age is a very selective criterion and it really works.
  • Target with a specific location.
  • Choose some very specific brands that your customer already interested in.
  • Narrow with SIM cards interested if you are targeting foreign
  • Try to target them by their education and school
  • Job title targeting really works well
  • Also targeting employees in a specific company, they work in.
  • Choose interests related to the pets they own.
  • The language they speak.
  • Type of home they live in.
  • Places they use to check-in.

What target that never works in Egypt? Maybe if you tried it may work but you will be lucky then. In some many cases, the gold and jewellery, luxuries goods, travel, clothes brands, most of the audience are really interested in but their budget cannot afford it so you will lose your quality of choosing the criteria.
