Responsible for building the commercialization infrastructure to drive market adoption of the company’s solutions, being responsible for revenue growth within the organization.
Report to the CEO as an executive-level position responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.
Job Duties:
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth.
Responsible for the overall performance of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Departments.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects.
Determine annual unit & gross – profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
Analyze data, prepare reports & provide strategic recommendations based on data & market trends.
Identifies, qualifies and creates new commercial opportunities.
Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
Designing and implementing new sales and customer acquisition strategies.
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.
Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training . As well as counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, coaching and appraising departments’ job results.
Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.
Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires staff members to achieve departmental objectives.
Monitor competitor projects, sales and marketing activities.
Report important operational issues to CEO by proposing & providing different solutions.
Job Requirement:
Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
15+ years of experience in Real estate.
Fluent English and excellent command of MS Office.
In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
Professional and proactive work ethic.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
Demonstrates the ability to delegate, supervise & follow-up.
Capable of managing multiple projects & working to tight deadlines.
