- Leading the overall development (product release, pricing, launches, marketing activities and project operation and activations).
- Leading Business Plan Model for company projects separately then consolidated.
- Leading partnership agreements, negotiations and finalization of Partnership agreements for Lands with external Partners.
- Leading project team to identify best feasibility model-setting up the best feasible product mix, pricing, price escalation strategy and payment plans.
- Leading adopting best scenarios for construction phasing and delivery strategies and operation.
- Leading towards achieving the best sales and pricing strategies to maintain project KPIs.
- Managing the project cash in accordance to revenue collections/land payments/soft and hard cost.
- Identifying project risks and mitigations.
- Working with Investment team to identify project financial needs and financial strategy.
- Leading the full development strategy of RTD and off plan (including all related aspects).
- Leading the completion of development for all parts of the Urban Plan through PLM and asset management team to start up and run the commercials zones.
- Securing customer centricity projects to maintain the right positioning for all Capital Link projects.
- Establishing Development brief including vision, preliminary time schedule, budget, feasibility studies.
- Designing procurement strategy and Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Overseeing development master program.
- Managing the design and construction procurement process including pre-qualifications, bid evaluation and contract award.
- Coordinating among project parties including Tenants, Government Agencies, Consultants & Contractors.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Architecture Background is a must.
- Experience in Real Estate developer
- PMP & PRMG certified.
- Well awareness of corporate financial modeling.
