Overview

This Real Estate Investment Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of both traditional and advanced real estate investment metrics, asset management techniques, and portfolio management strategies. The training will cover a broad range of topics, from foundational investment principles to more sophisticated financial tools and emerging investment models, including real estate crowdfunding, REITs, and private equity. Objectives:

•  To introduce participants to advanced financial metrics like Leverage, NPV, IRR, MIRR, and XIRR, allowing for a deeper and more nuanced evaluation of investment opportunities and financial viability.

•  To develop asset management and portfolio management skills, focusing on key performance metrics like NOI, DSCR, LTV, Equity Multiple, Sharpe Ratio, Diversification Ratio, and Operating Expense Ratio to optimize property performance, minimize risk, and maximize returns.

•  To familiarize participants with modern investment models, including real estate crowdfunding, REITs, and private equity, and provide them with the tools to assess these investment platforms using specific metrics such as Target IRR, Equity Multiple, FFO, AFFO, and Capital Deployment Ratio.
