Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Research, identify, and target potential corporate clients in the real estate industry to expand our client base and revenue streams.
Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and HR personnel, to understand their training and consultation needs.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to selling by understanding clients' challenges and customizing training and consultation solutions that address their unique requirements.
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies, presentations, and proposals that showcase the value of our services and drive business growth.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation processes and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
