Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Planning & Strategy:

•Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with RECAP’s branding goals.

•Brainstorm and create content ideas tailored for each platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).

•Stay up-to-date with real estate trends to craft relevant and engaging content.


2. Social Media Management:

•Manage daily posting schedules for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.

•Create Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and short videos to engage different audiences.

Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments and messages to build community relationships.

•Run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to boost brand visibility.


3. Website Management:

•Update blogs, news, and success stories on the website.

•Ensure the website is SEO-optimized to improve visibility on search engines.

•Monitor website performance metrics and fix any issues (broken links, loading speed, etc.).

•Create lead capture forms and manage inquiries from the website.


4. Brand Awareness & Engagement:

•Build relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand RECAP’s reach.

•Engage with relevant LinkedIn groups and forums to share RECAP’s insights.

•Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to keep the audience engaged.


5. Analytics & Reporting:

•Track and analyze daily performance metrics across all platforms (engagement, impressions, click-through rates).

•Provide a weekly and monthly performance report with actionable insights.

•Use data to refine content strategies and improve performance.


Daily Activities by Platform:

Website: Update blog, optimize SEO, check performance analytics.

LinkedIn: Post content, engage with followers, respond to inquiries.

Facebook: Share posts/stories, manage ads, moderate comments.

Instagram: Post stories/reels, respond to DMs, run polls/Q&As.

TikTok: Create short videos, engage with trends, respond to users.

Snapchat: Share behind-the-scenes updates, use filters, post stories.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


•Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.

•Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting).

•Understanding of SEO and website management.

•Proficient in social media analytics tools.

•Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with audiences.

•Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

•Meta Business Suite (for Facebook and Instagram)

•TikTok Creator Tools
