We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, advising clients on property investments, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Identify, prospect, and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors and buyers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions aligned with their investment goals and financial capabilities.
Conduct property viewings and site visits, presenting properties professionally to potential buyers.
Represent sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers to achieve optimal deal outcomes.
Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
Advise clients on market trends, property values, legal requirements, financing options, and investment strategies.
Stay updated on local residential and commercial real estate market trends.
Act as a point of contact between buyers, sellers, and relevant third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Resolve property-related issues and provide after-sales support when needed.
Develop and maintain a strong referral pipeline and repeat business network.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in real estate brokerage.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Maximum age: 30 years.
Owns a car (mandatory).
Residence near New Cairo is preferred.
